1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and OneWallet Ltd (“OneWallet”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your use of our digital wallet platform (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service (via website, mobile app, API, or any other channel), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1.2. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Definitions

  • Account: Your registered user account on OneWallet.

  • Wallet: The digital wallet functionality, including storage, transfer, and receipt of fiat and crypto assets.

  • Crypto Assets: Digital tokens or coins (e.g. Bitcoin, Ethereum) supported by the Wallet.

  • Transaction: Any transfer, deposit, or withdrawal of funds or crypto assets.

  • AML: Anti‑Money Laundering.

  • KYC: Know Your Customer.

  • MLRs: Money Laundering Regulations (e.g., UK Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds Regulations).

  • PSD2: Payment Services Directive 2.Wikipedia

  • GDPR: General Data Protection Regulation (if applicable).

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1. You must be at least 18 years old (or otherwise have the legal capacity in your jurisdiction) to open an Account.

3.2. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, and to promptly update this information if it changes.

3.3. You must complete KYC / identity verification as part of our onboarding process. This includes providing government-issued ID, proof of address, and other documentation deemed necessary to comply with AML laws.cryptogt.com+1

3.4. We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, or close your account if you fail to provide required documentation or if your use of the Service conflicts with applicable laws.

4. Use of the Wallet Service

4.1. Wallet Functionality

  • You may store, send, receive, and hold supported fiat and crypto assets using OneWallet.

  • We may add or remove supported crypto assets at our discretion.purewallet.app

  • We do not guarantee the continued availability of any particular crypto asset.



4.2. Custody and Ownership

  • Depending on our design, crypto assets may be held in a custodial arrangement. We will clearly state whether the wallet is custodial or non-custodial.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your private keys or recovery phrases (if applicable). Loss of keys may result in loss of access to your assets.

4.3. Transaction Limits & Fees

  • We may impose limits on the size, frequency, or number of Transactions.

  • Fees (for conversion, transfer, or other services) will be disclosed in the app or on our website before a transaction is completed.


5. Compliance, AML / KYC, and Reporting

5.1. AML / KYC Obligations

  • To comply with international and national AML laws (e.g., MLRs for the UK), we will collect and verify identity information, monitor transactions, and maintain records.lw.com+1

  • We may also screen you against sanctions lists.

5.2. Transaction Monitoring

  • We may monitor all wallet activity to detect suspicious or illicit behavior.

  • If required by law or regulation, we will file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) with relevant authorities.

6. Security & Technical Standards

6.1. We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption, multi-factor authentication, and secure cryptographic components, to protect your Wallet and data.

6.3. We support backup and recovery mechanisms (e.g., export / portability of identity and keys), in line with data protection and portability rights.eur-lex.europa.eu

6.4. Despite our security measures, you accept that no system is completely infallible. You are responsible for taking steps to secure your account credentials, device, and backup phrases.


7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneWallet shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of assets due to your negligence (e.g., loss of private key).

  • Loss caused by network issues or blockchain failures

  • Unauthorized access if you do not follow our recommended security practices.

7.2. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from vulnerabilities.

7.3. Nothing in these Terms will limit our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence.


8. Risk Disclosure

8.1. Crypto assets carry significant risk. Their value may be extremely volatile, and transactions may be irreversible.

8.2. You acknowledge that:

  • Past performance is not indicative of future results.

  • You use the wallet at your own risk and agree that OneWallet is not providing financial advice.

  • You should seek independent financial, tax, or legal advice as needed.

9. User Obligations & Prohibited Uses

9.1. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.

9.2. You must not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our systems, reverse-engineer our software, or use automated tools to access the Service in prohibited ways.

9.3. You must comply with any limits, restrictions, or special terms that apply to certain crypto assets or jurisdictions.


10. Privacy & Data Protection

10.1. Our processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10.2. We collect, store, and process your data to:

  • Comply with KYC / AML obligations.

  • Provide and improve our Services.

  • Protect you and us from fraud.

10.3. If you are in the EU / UK, you have rights under GDPR, such as the right to access, rectify, delete, or port your data.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1. All intellectual property rights in the Service (design, software, logos, trademarks) are owned by or licensed to OneWallet.

11.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.


12. Changes to The Terms

12.1. We may modify these Terms at any time after giving you appropriate notice (e.g., via email or in-app notification). Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Service and close your account in accordance with our termination policy.


13. Termination

13.1. Either party can terminate the agreement:

  • By You: Close your account via the app, subject to any outstanding obligations.

  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access for breaches, suspicious activity, or at our discretion.

13.2. Upon termination, you must withdraw all funds / tokens (if possible). We may impose a window to allow you to do this.

13.3. Some data (e.g., transaction logs, KYC info) may be retained after termination to comply with legal or regulatory obligations (e.g., AML record-keeping).


14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

14.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction — e.g., England & Wales].

14.2. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through:

  • Negotiation between you and us;

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.


17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other documents expressly referenced, constitute the entire agreement between you and OneWallet regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

Because OneWallet deals with digital assets and financial services, you should also include or maintain:

  • A Privacy Policy (detailing data collection, processing, retention, rights).
